Our Mission

At Marysville Post Acute, our mission is to go above and beyond for our residents, and our care staff. We provide skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services for various illnesses, injuries, and functional disabilities with 86 Medicare-certified beds and an interdisciplinary team of excellent healthcare providers with many years of professional experience.
What sets Marysville Post Acute apart is our top-notch rehab therapy team. Residents often come to Marysville Post Acute with hip and femur fractures, without the capability to bear weight or stand on their own. Our therapy team has a huge positive impact on a resident’s recovery.

Our Team

The Marysville Post Acute care team is made up of a variety of skilled, dedicated professionals working together to help patients get back to their highest level of function. We also offer nursing education programs for aspiring LVNs and CNAs and partner with local institutions to provide clinical hours for student rotations.

Leadership Team

Our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) directs all Marysville Post Acute operations, staffing, services, and programs. This leadership team also includes our Medical Director, who coordinates medical services according to policies and procedures, as well as our Director of Nursing, Rehabilitation Director, Social Services Director, and Environmental Services Director.

Nursing/Clinical Staff

Led by the Director of Nursing, our nursing staff delivers care and clinical services according to quality standards. Registered Nurses (RNs) assess, plan, provide, and document nursing care. They oversee Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), who assist patients with activities of daily living including administering medications, eating, bathing, dressing, and transferring.

Therapy / Rehabilitation

Our licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech Therapists (STs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs) create and implement therapy plans according to the individual needs. Under the guidance of therapists, Restorative Nurse Assistants (RNAs) assist with regular activities to improve mobility and support recovery. This team is led by our Rehabilitation Director, who guides therapy and rehabilitation strategies, operations, and staff.

Social Services & Activities

The Social Services Director leads and plans programs that address the mental, social, and emotional needs of patients and families, and oversees Social Workers. Social Workers identify and coordinate individual services to maximize independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Dietary Services

Our Dietary Director coordinates our in-house kitchen and Registered Dietitians (RDs) oversee meal planning and presentation to ensure nutritious, tasty meals that fit each patient’s needs.

The Environmental Services team oversees facility maintenance, laundry, general housekeeping, and cleanliness according to health and safety standards.
